Calendar Nov.–Dec. 2025

November 2 started with the Lord’s supper which we have the first Sunday Evening of each month. Also, at 6:30pm we have a panel discussion consisting of bible questions people have submitted to church elders to answer.

November 19 baskets filled with donated food will be passed out to people in need. The youth have participated in this.

November 23 the Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner will follow the Morning Service. Ask someone to come with you such as a family member, neighbor or even a stranger. Enjoy the fellowship with many new people. No Evening Service that day.

By the first of December, the young people have been practicing for 2 months their songs for the presentation of the annual Live Nativity.

December 17 Volunteers from church gather around 5:00pm in front of the church to load vans and go caroling. They spread cheer to the home bound, elderly and ill in the Scotland area. At this time the Christmas baskets of fruit will be passed out to those visited and the collected food items taken to the community as well.

December 21 Sunday Evening about 5:00pm The Story of Jesus birth will be presented to the public. Every one is invited, you wont want to miss it. Chairs will be in the parking lot for seating.

December 24 on Christmas Eve night at 6:30pm the church will have a Candlelight Service. Every one is invited to join us as we light one candle that can light the whole world.

At Scotland Baptist Church, we believe that who we are in Christ shapes how we live.

Through Jesus, we’ve been forgiven, restored, and given a new purpose. Because of that, we want to live in a way that honors Him and points others to the hope we’ve found.

We’re a church built on God’s Word, and we believe it’s our calling to share the Gospel, make disciples, and teach others to follow Jesus.

Our desire is to help people grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith every day.

We’d love to welcome you to worship with us and be part of what God is doing here at Scotland Baptist Church.
